Start Here: Iron Tide Coffee Favorites

New to Iron Tide? Start with three coffees that make it easy to compare light, medium and dark roasts. Choose the tasting notes you enjoy. Each coffee is 12 oz (340 g), available as whole bean or ground.

• First Light — light roast: Ethiopian, Mexican and Brazilian coffees with fresh fruit and citrus notes in a light-bodied cup.
• Harborbound — medium roast: our signature starting point, with Brazilian and Mexican coffees, chocolate-covered almond, maple sweetness and a lift of citrus.
• Blackwater — dark roast: Brazilian coffee with bittersweet chocolate, toasted flavors and a full body.

If you are unsure, start with Harborbound. Choose whole bean if you grind at home, or ground coffee to skip grinding. Keep your brewer and recipe consistent when comparing coffees, then adjust to taste.
