Where is the coffee roasted?

Iron Tide is rooted in Grays Harbor, Washington. Our coffee is roasted and fulfilled by Roastify. Each product page lists its roast, origin, and format.

Which roast should I choose first?

If you are unsure, start with Harborbound. It is our balanced medium-roast signature coffee and the roast we recommend first to new customers. Choose Blackwater for dark and bold, or First Light for light and sweet.

Whole bean or ground?

Choose whole bean if you grind at home and want more control over your brew. Choose ground coffee for a simpler start. Pods, matcha, and instant coffee have their own preparation methods.

When will my coffee arrive?

Orders are normally prepared and handed to USPS within 2 business days. Carrier transit typically takes another 3–4 business days. Allow approximately 5–6 business days in total; weekends, holidays, and carrier delays can affect these estimates. We ship within the United States. Read our shipping policy.

How much is shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping is $4.50 per order, regardless of the number of items. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Is checkout secure?

Your checkout is processed through Shopify. You can review your order total, shipping details, and payment information before completing your purchase.
